Every delivery is accounted for from checkout to handoff. When you’re available, your order is reviewed with you at delivery, and you sign off to confirm everything received matches your order. If you’re unavailable, your Cartner rescans each delivered item at drop-off and photographs the completed delivery, creating a documented handoff record. This final verification confirms that items purchased at the store are present at delivery.
